Interpreting and translations
We will help you communicate with our school. If you’d like an interpreter for a school meeting, let us know and we will arrange one, if available.
If you don’t speak or understand English well and want to contact us, call TIS National on 131 450 and ask for an interpreter in your language. The operator will call the school and get an interpreter to help. This service is free.

At Mainsbridge School we recognise the need for families to be well supported with their child’s education. We offer regular support groups for parents at the school based on parent feedback. This support group offers families a chance to network, share ideas and receive valuable information related to supporting their child at home and within the school.
Parents and Citizens’ Association (P&C)
Our Parents and Citizens’ Association (P&C) is made up of parents and carers, teachers and community members. The P&C meets regularly to contribute to decision-making, developing policies and management plans as well as fundraising.
We would encourage parents and carers to become involved in the Mainsbridge Parent & Carers Group (P&C). The group meets on the 3rd Monday of each month within a school term at 6.00pm. The Mainsbridge Parent & Carers Group are actively involved in supporting student’s educational outcomes, assisting in the running of school events and fundraising. The meeting is also a perfect opportunity for networking within the school community.
